And The Dad of the Year Award Goes to....

I stumbled upon the website jimspancakes.com purely by accident, but boy am I glad I did! These creations are seriously amazing!!

I tried to pick a favorite, but I couldn't - they are all sweet in their own way. Of course, it will come as no surprise that the Dad is an engineer (civil to be exact) - it would take an engineer's patience and attention to detail to create that 3D dinosaur!

And I was proud of myself for mastering the Mickey Mouse shape ;)
